Email Muxsmith support if you need help locating your purchase. Include the purchase email and Paddle transaction number from the receipt. Never send payment-card details.

This policy does not limit refund, withdrawal or other consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to the purchase. Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply to the transaction.
After Paddle approves a refund, the Supporter licence may be deactivated. Muxsmith’s free features remain usable.
